The objective of the dialogue is to create awareness among people about none -implementation of mega-reconstruction plan of capital city of Azad Kashmir which was massively affected in earthquake of October 8, 2005.
The Dialogue would be arranged jointly by Action Aid Pakistan (AAP), Muzaffarabad Development Authority (MDA) and Press for Peace (PFP) to discuss latest situation of Master Plan & City Development Project (MCDP), said a press release issued here on Tuesday.
Important dignitaries of Azad Kashmir, including Zahid Amin Kashif, former chairman DAM, ex- minister Khwaja Farooq Ahmad, Dr. Asif, Director Earthquake Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Authority (ERRA), officials of State Earthquake Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Agency (SERRA) and representatives of local political parties and civil society organizations would speak on the occasion.

It is indispensable to mention here that the officials of ERRA and SERRA ledged to start rebuilding of city in a similar event held almost one year ago, however, inhabitants of devastated capital city observe that little has been done on ground in spite of big claims and announcements of government officials since earthquake struck the area almost over three years ago.
Tomorrow’s dialogue would be a round table discussion in which all stake holders would present their views regarding the project and other sufferings of the citizens and performance of government agencies. During this dialogue AAPK will also share the finding reports of previous two dialogues on Master Plan by AAPK.
