A monitoring team of Hope
For Life Organisation and Press For Peace (PFP) officials on Saturday visited
Women Vocational Center (WVC), Lower Sher Pur, in the suburbs of Bagh.
Chairman Hope For Life
Naveed Ahmed, Director Field PFP Yousaf Kashmiri and Imran Gillani, District
Co-ordinator PFP agreed to continue skill development and welfare
activities of both organisations for the betterment of women living in rural areas.
Ms Rubina Naz and Ms Saima
briefed the delegation about the performance of Vocational centre and said that
women of this remote area have joined this course eagerly and showed their willingness
to join similar courses for their capacity building.
Addressing this occasion some
community representatives appreciated the efforts of Press for Peace and Hope
for Life for uplifting the abilities of rural and marginalized women.
