Let there be peace on earth
Violence has resurfaced in the recent weekss in Indian Held Jammu & Kashmir.
A Kashmiri Muslim elderly woman looks outside her shop as police fires live ammunition in the air and uses tear gas to disperse thousands of protesters.
Though graves of innocent people can be counted, Kashmir's woes are uncountable..
A child walks along the graves at "Martyrs' Graveyard" during a ceremony to mark Martyrs Day in Srinagar July 13, 2008.
Dozens of Kashmiri were killed on July 13, 1931 by police during a protest against Hindu Maharaja Hari Singh, then ruler of the Himalayan region.
The Kashmiris are still hostages to an age-old conflict, which now has engulfed the peace and tranquility of the whole South Asian region.
